In 2016, coffee lover Trần Lê Minh Trúc set out on a quiet obsession: to roast Vietnam's finest beans with obsessive precision, and to help every coffee lover find the cup that was meant for them.
At the forefront of Vietnam's specialty coffee movement, Every Half works with locally grown arabica, fine robusta — and even rare liberica — sourced from the highlands of Điện Biên, Pleiku, Lâm Đồng, Đắk Lắk and Buôn Ma Thuột, then roasted in-house.
Take the ritual home with you — whole-bean bags and drip bags, roasted for your own quiet mornings.
