Our Story
Two halves, one devotion
In 2016, coffee lover Trần Lê Minh Trúc set out on a quiet obsession: to roast Vietnam's finest beans with obsessive precision, and to help every coffee lover find the cup that was meant for them.
At the forefront of Vietnam's specialty coffee movement, Every Half works with locally grown arabica, fine robusta — and even rare liberica — sourced from highland farms and roasted in-house.
